HDA Enterprises, LLC is a healthcare development, management and consulting organization with more than 30 years of experience supporting healthcare facilities across the country. While our expertise spans a range of healthcare settings, HDA has developed extensive experience in ambulatory surgery center development, management and operations.
Since our founding, our team has worked alongside physicians, healthcare organizations and facility owners to develop, open, manage and improve healthcare operations. Our experience includes more than 200 successful healthcare projects, giving HDA a practical understanding of what it takes to move a project from planning to implementation—and to operate successfully after the doors open.
What Makes HDA Different?
HDA combines development expertise with real-world operational experience. The people helping plan and develop an ASC also understand the decisions that affect the facility long after opening.

Cecilia Kronawitter
President, HDA Enterprises, LLCCecilia Kronawitter is the President of HDA Enterprises, LLC and brings extensive experience in healthcare facility development, operations, consulting, and management. Over the course of her career, she has helped guide the planning and development of more than 200 healthcare facilities, working with clients across a wide range of healthcare settings.
Her background began in healthcare facility planning and grew into leadership roles focused on development, operations, and strategic project support. Today, Cecilia leads HDA with a practical understanding of what healthcare organizations need to move projects forward—from early planning and facility development to EHR implementation, operational support, and long-term growth.
Known for her hands-on approach and deep industry knowledge, Cecilia continues to help healthcare organizations navigate complex projects with clarity, innovation, and a strong commitment to client success.
