Over the course of her career, she has helped guide the planning and development of more than 200 healthcare facilities, working with clients across a wide range of healthcare settings.
Her background began in healthcare facility planning and grew into leadership roles focused on development, operations, and strategic project support. Today, Cecilia leads HDA with a practical understanding of what healthcare organizations need to move projects forward—from early planning and facility development to EHR implementation, operational support, and long-term growth.
Known for her hands-on approach and deep industry knowledge, Cecilia continues to help healthcare organizations navigate complex projects with clarity, innovation, and a strong commitment to client success.
